Kylie Cook brings an extensive background in commercial real estate and title insurance to her role as Vice President, National Commercial Account Manager. With over 13 years of industry experience and a customer focused mindset, Kylie has fostered successful relationships with brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other industry stakeholders on a local and national level. She is involved in numerous real estate, philanthropic, and school organizations, and has chaired fundraising events recognized in the valley.  

Kylie’s motto is work with great people and work hard for them. She is often described by her clients as a hard-working, loyal, creative, dependable, and fun connector. She is the ‘get the deal done’ type of person and has fun while working hard to get transactions closed. 

Kylie grew up in Southwestern Colorado and the Phoenix / Scottsdale area. She has a B.A. in Communications Studies from the University of Kansas and is a licensed realtor in the State of Arizona. She is an active member of ULI and NAIOP, and a past member of AZCREW. Kylie and her husband have two beautiful daughters and two doodles, that keep them on their toes. On her free time, Kylie loves to travel, ski, watch her girls swim and play soccer, and spending time with her friends and family.
