Title industry veteran Keith Warther serves as Vice President of Sales for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company’s National Commercial Services division. In his current national sales position, he is responsible for the growth and development of operations in the Southern California region, in addition to developing Commonwealth's commercial sales operations, with an ability to transact on a national level.

Keith is no stranger to the title industry, having previously worked as a title officer who specialized in commercial and subdivision projects. He is also well-versed in title sales and finds that his technical experience adds value to his transactions for his clientele. He has over 20 years of knowledge and experience that he utilizes daily to help navigate his clients through complex commercial real estate deals and transactions.

His experience has proven an ideal platform upon which to establish himself as a highly qualified and diverse professional. Leading an enthusiastic and proactive group of title and escrow specialists, Keith strives to ensure that his team utilizes expertise, incomparable customer service, and detailed communication in providing Commonwealth’s clients with the services they require. Keith’s clients describe him as knowledgeable, committed, hardworking, and helpful. They appreciate his amiable personality and value his work ethics and determination to “get it done”. Keith approaches each of his clients’ unique transactions with meticulous attention and competence. He enjoys maintaining long term relationships with his clients that include commercial brokers, portfolio managers, attorneys, principals, lenders, agents, investors, and builders.

Keith grew up in southern Orange County and still resides in the area. He is a proud father to five children, and he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his children in sports. He stays active by surfing, paddle-boarding, biking, running, and golfing.
